Best office ever, I love Dr. PRIDA!
Dr. Prida was a dream doctor, super helpful!
I have been a patient of Dr Prida for a long time. I have seen staff come & go. From good to worst. Their office have gotten so bad. It's only a means of a pay check. Not getting my meds on time. calling their office, your on hold (or) they disconnect the calls hanging up on you.
I like Dr.Prida but the office staff and phone service is so unprofessional and heartless.
I was a patient for 4 years. I’m currently under ongoing meds. The pharmacy and I have contacted the office for authorization and never received it even after a month of calls. I called this week and was told they no longer accept Avmed insurance and I can’t get my prescription. Those doctors are unprofessional and dangerous to put your life in care of.
