Dr Klugo and her staff took great care of me each and every visit. I had advanced cataracts in both eyes and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or surgeon.
While blood test came back negative, Dr. Klugo referred me to a neurological opthamalogist to further pursue a diagnosis. He was able to confirm her original suspicions.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Klugo’s for many years, and fully trust her with all of my eye care needs.

I really like Dr Karen Klugo because of her compassion and understanding. She is aware of my other medical issues and therefore make sure she takes that in account when I have an appointment. She has great expertise and it shows when I present my list of questions or concerns. She and her staff work well together…. Smoothly and effectively.
The staff at Dr Klugo’s office is awesome. It feels like their goal is to make sure you have a great experience and have your concerns answered and met. The office has a pleasant atmosphere to it.

Saw me right away and whole experience was good. There was a delay getting my prescription sunglasses but they apologized and even gave me a pair of loaner Maui Jim’s and some free contacts
I came in for an appointment to order new contact lenses and have my prescription sunglasses fixed. When I arrived they told me I had to have an evaluation to get new contacts even though I’d been buying them for years from this doctor. But they said the person who needed to do it wasn’t there. They told me they would repair my sunglasses and add my new prescription before a trip but yesterday they said they won’t be ready. Very unhappy with this experience and I will be looking for a new doctor if I don’t get my sunglasses ... read more
