My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Klugo for 4 years. She has provided exceptional service and exhibited wonderful bedside manner and patience when my daughter struggled with having drops put in her eye. I highly recommend her.
I would not recommend Dr. Klugo if you have any sort of special conditions. I have a muscle condition called vertical heterophoria. It's a very small difference in the line of sight. It personally gives me terrible migraines that put me in bed for the rest of the day. I will mention, I did not research to see if she was able to treat this, but she didn't even know what it was. I have been with my mom at her appointments throughout the cataract surgery process. Her current health issues were considered before her surgery so everything would go smoothly. She had the Toric lenses implanted and can now see without glasses. She has been wearing glasses for 73 years, so this has been a welcome change for her. I highly recommend Dr. Klugo. She is very thorough and professional, but she also has a very good sense of humor and a calming presence.
