I was nervous moving to Cincinnati and having to find all new doctors. My daughter recommended Karen Klugo and I have been tremendously thrilled with her expertise, compassion, understanding and very personable. Even though she treats my eye concerns she goes the extra mile to work around my hearing loss as well. Gives me satisfaction both in the office and outside. She is reassuring which I value. I believe she has been listed in the top 100 doctors in Cincinnati.... I totally agree.

Always nice and thorough
Dr. Klugo is very knowledgable, thorough, and professional. She takes the time to listen to my eye health concerns and informs me of new information and procedures. She performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and did a phenomenal job. Her office is well maintained , observant of Covid regulations, and has a wonderful staff. They are friendly, helpful, and take the time to talk to me. They call to remind me of future appointments which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Dr. Klugo and her staff.
Office staff is nice and I spend less time waiting. Dr Klugo is knowledgable, caring and personable. Highly recommend Dr Klugo to take care of your eyes.
The last exam was frustrating since she talked to her assistant the entire time about her dog getting spayed. I hope she payed some attention to any issues with my eyes. Very rude behavior during an exam.
Everyone in the office is personable and makes you feel comfortable. Very efficient check in and check out. Helpful follow up when needed. Dr. Klugo is knowledgeable, thorough and patient.
Dr. Klugo and her staff were very kind and professional. I appreciated the Covid-19 precautions the office used. Pre-visit online check-in was a great timesaver!
Very caring doctor she called me at night to see how I was doing that was so nice. Most doctors don’t do that. I received excellent care.
