Dr. Chojnacki is the best. She treats you with respect and compassion, making herself available during and after your procedure for any questions or concerns. She's very personalable, taking time know you not only as a patient, but as a person, mother, grandmother and somebody who loves and is loved. She has successfully taken me through 2 very different surgeries and recovery. She will always give you her best. I trust no other.

Just had laparoscopic hernia repair. Was in and out in few hours. Feel great already, and had the same procedure done at a different facility years ago and this was so, so , so much better. I would recommend Dr Chojnacki and the rest of the Jeff staff.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chojnacki! I appreciate her skill and dedication towards her profession.The day of my surgery I was surprised that I was at ease and that was because i was in such great hands !! She was seriously on top of my recovery every step of the way . I appreciate the visits in the hospital and follow up calls at home .
