Karats is EXCELLENT!! The staff is Very knowledgeable and hospitable! We worked with Drew and he is AMAZING! Come here for your jewelry needs! Over a year later, we’re still receiving excellent customer care!! It’s been a couple years since our initial purchase and we continue to receive excellent customer service!
I'm highly suspect of the Karats reviews. It sounds like they are giving away jewelry to the reviewers. My experience was far from that. I brought my daughter's watch in to be sized for her wrist. The cost was $12.50. I brought in my watch, same make and same material, only this cost me $50. That was more than double what I was quoted by Karats that morning over the phone When I mentioned the discrepancy, I was told me the job took special tools. I have not had a better experience anywhere but at Karats. I bought Aileen's engagement ring and wedding band here. Everyone at the store are very personal and have a very down to earth mentality despite having the largest selection in town. I was very happy with our service and will return back for watches and other gifts.
It was one of the best experiences we had as a couple while looking for wedding rings in Overland Park. Drew and Andy was quite helpful, kind and supportive. This place will be the first address for us for the future as well. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Karats before they make any purchase for jewelry.
