I can not say enough about Karats Jewelers! The experience was unlike any I have ever had before! They are willing to work with you and they help you find exactly what you are looking for! If you do choose to go here, which I highly recommend, ask for Drew! He was absolutely amazing and so personable! I never felt like he was pushy or like he was just trying to make a sale. He was genuinely honest and definitely made us feel welcomed :) If it wasn't for him I wouldn't of found the absolute perfect wedding band!
Bought our engagement ring and wedding bands at Karats. Akshay was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I had previously purchased a ring from a chain store nearby and returned the ring to purchase at Karats because of the incredible value and price. We ended up with beautiful Verragio rings for my now wife. Have returned to purchase many watches as well.
Karats came highly recommended by several friends of mine. The store my husband purchased my engagement ring from was no longer a retailer of my engagement ring designer and I have been wanting to upgrade my ring with a larger stone but didn't know if it would be possible. Andy was the best and was so patient even though I felt like I was being a pain. He always called me back right away whenever I had a question and gave me a really good deal. I was on a budget and I shopped at most stores before I checked Karats out. They clearly put all of the chain stores (Kay, Jared's, Helzberg and others) that I visited to shame in selection, service and value. I ended up buying my now wife a platinum engagement ring set that she gets many compliments on. It would only be fair to say that Karats operates in a different league when you compare to others. Wish other businesses can learn from this amazing local Kansas City gem.
Andy is awesome! Great service. Great selection. I had no idea what I wanted walking in and he gave me so many options I didn't even think of. Walked away with the perfect wedding ring for me and the hubs to be and couldn't be more happy :)
