So I had never been to Karats before and went in because a friend said she had a great experience. It was truly an incredibly jewelry store, from the selection of so many gorgeous designers to the customer service (wine & such honesty about the jewelry) it was second to none. I will probably never buy (or upgrade) any jewelry anywhere else... can't wait until I need a new piece!!!

Great experience with Andy and Nicole and the rest of the staff at Karats! I know absolutely nothing about jewelry, but they made the engagement/wedding ring shopping experience seem easy! Definitely would recommend stopping in if you're looking to get engaged.
We found Karats online a year ago. We are so happy with the service and selection at this store. I found the perfect engagement ring and Drew helped my husband find the exact diamond that he wanted to put in the ring. Everyone at this store is very knowledgable. They are extremely helpful and not pushy. After you purchase a ring they continue to take care of you with free cleanings and inspections on the ring.
