Kara is a gem! She is professional and personable. She is easy going yet pays such attention to detail. She is super helpful in answering questions yet does not put any pressure to just make a sale. Kara is truly a joy to work with. If we ever have to move again we will definitely invite her in to be our agent and advocate.

Kara is extremely professional and knowledgeable. During the process of selling our home we were very surprised at the number of realtors who did not return calls, did not show up for scheduled showings, and didn’t understand basic contractual agreements.
