Kara was amazing during every part of the selling process! She took the time to explain to me everything that was happening/timeline and what it meant for me as the seller. She let me make all the decisions after giving the information needed. I even had a family emergency and she was able to finish up and get my house up for sale while I was gone! Kara has helped us buy and sell a home during one of the most challenging times of year to list in Minnesota- late fall/holiday/winter. We have high expectations of service and Kara went above and beyond those expectations in both transactions. I don't know if she sleeps because she is rapid to respond anytime we reached out. She was personally invested in seeing us get the best price in both buying and selling strategies and negotiations. She had expert advice on pricing, strategy, staging, and marketing. She personally held open houses for us as well as multiple open houses by her colleagues- all of them were great. Kara is one of the hardest working people in Rochester! Her communication and expertise is top notch. It makes my head nearly explode thinking about the number of things she mentally juggles and never forgets a thing.
