one word, Amazing! Ryan was so helpful!! Had a few little issues with the dirty details, dealt with all of them, plus humor. Spent the day with these guys, came in with a crap shoot, left with something that I'm proud of and not afraid to drive! If you get to see the "head honcho" in the back (Mark) he's hilarious! Vehicle had two minor issues (nothing to do with operation or safety) and Ryan immediately sent me to the best (see reviews) mechanic in LP for an appointment, and they're picking up the tab!
