My experience with Dr. Kaplan's office was nothing short of amazing! He explained everything about the procedure and this PA Ryan was so wonderful. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Kaplan. Thank you!
It was the worst experience just to walk into an Doctor's office the reception was an exceptionally rude in lectured me On why my niece couldn't go back with me mind you I'm disable with multiple sclerosis And a lot of damage in my brain From the MS Worst experience ever I never did see the doctor but After dealing with the reception I left not gonna have somebody cut on me That has a office like that In from the reviews I've been reading I don't want him cut in on me
He is nice but I had a neck fusion surgery and 2 days ago I was calling his office because I'm having problems with a hematoma nobody has bothered to call me back
Very negative experience with Dr. Kaplan and staff. The doctor was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional. The staff was rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Will not return or recommend.

This was the worst experience of my life! After 3 unsuccessful surgeries I had to have a 4th with a different Dr to try to correct what he messed up to find that the original surgery wasn't completed to begin with. I would never recommend him. Spinal fluid leak he didn't repair has caused permanent damage to my bladder and has changed my life forever
i have had nothing but a good experience with dr. kapan and his staff regarding my back. i understand the people that complain about not being able to talk to anyone on the phone, i have 8 doctors and i get the same reaction when i call any of them. some never call back resulting in be changing doctors and starting all over again. chris in las vegas
GOD, used Dr. Kaplan in my case, excellent neurosurgeon, if someone needs a good neurosurgeon dr. Kaplan is the one, GOD bless him .
The Doctor himself is smart and educated. The staff, however has got to be the WORST EVER! Do not recommend due to staff incompetence!
