I made a appointment for a general physical for the first time with Dr.Kaplan and after a very uniformed staff with getting my last name incorrect to asking if I could get the wax cleaned out of my ears and had to have a special appointment for that procedure because it was only given on certain days. I also was sent to LabCorp for blood test and ending have to pay $105.00 extra above insurance coverage extra for EKG and never was satisfied with ANYTHING going to a different Doctor.
