If could swear on these google reviews every word would be used to express my anger towards this “medical practice”. Rosemary the medical assistant gave me misinformation when I tried to bring up an issue regarding my adhd medication. He’s very kind and patient. He actually listens to his patients.
Dr. Kaplan himself is awesome! Very knowledgeable, and friendly. His staff on the other hand, specifically Olivia, is a nightmare to deal with. Very rude, unprofessional and blatantly lies to patients. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Kaplan has been my doctor for over 15 years. No complaints If I have to wait it means he is taking his time to help other patients and will do the same for me.
Dr Kaplan gave me the most complete physical ever and was not shy about sending me to specialists. I brought a friend to him who ultimately was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Kaplan personally called a specialist while seeing my friend to make sure my friend was seen the next day. Office wait time? I am happy to wait longer because I know Dr. Kaplan is giving extta and needed help to someone, just as he did for my friend and I.
Had an excellent experience with Dr. Kaplan. He is very knowledgeable and friendly which made me comfortable throughout the appointment. He provided absolutely quality care and I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to anyone!
Been my Dr for years.
he has way way to many patients . wait time is too long . they don't call you about results . they want you to come in a pay another co pay. if everything is fine why should I have to pay another co pay for you to tell me that . the doctor his self is a cool dude . the front staff not so much
