I can confirm that the negative reviews are more than warranted. From poor communication to a complete lack of responsiveness, When issues arise, it takes days (if not weeks) to get a response, and often, no one follows up to ensure the problem is resolved. Their staff seems disorganized and unhelpful. The property maintenance is another major issue. This company Is a joke, they haven't fixed my water heater in 4 mouths. Water every day on floor. And when I tell them they are in Breach of the lease they locked me out of the application to pay my rent. And refuse to take my money.
The place is not kept up. A damaged parking bumper with rebar extemnded out damaged my front end! I should be compensated
