My experience with the Dr.and staff is excellent the procedure I had went well.
Amazing staff, friendly , caring, professional . Excellent atmosphere. The Dr is very attentive , explain conditions , procedures and listen to concerns. The front desk ladies are the BEST!
I have been going to Dr Kapila since fall of 2019. I started seeing him for pain in my hands which it turned out that I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. In June of 2020 I had to go see him for Lower back pain. I did surgery on my right hand in September of this year and I must say I am please with the outcome do far. Dr. Kapila was great. He explained exactly what he would do and how he would do it (finger surgery). He even brought out a book to show me how the hand worked and why mine did not. (It works like new now!) He was meticulous about every detail and his confidence eased all my concerns. The staff was wonderful too; so helpful when the pandemic forced us into social distancing and then follow-ups via cell phone during the lockdown. Always a pleasant experience going to Dr Kapila's office. Staff is excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better and more experienced doctor.
Dr. Kapila is a talented surgeon whose decades of experience sets him apart and makes his services highly in demand. My elderly mother suffered a broken wrist from a fall. Dr. Kapila recommended physical therapy early and often; something mom’s in-network PT was unfamiliar with doing while she still had an external fixator on her arm. Dr. Kapila and his office are amazing. Everyone makes sure you’re attended to, know the what’s going on and overall super helpful. Dorothy is an amazing therapist as well, she is so sweet, gentle and pushes you to do better! Dr. Kapila made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire experience and the girls at the office are extremely helpful and hardworking.
