Dr. Saigal is fantastic! As well as taking great care of me anytime I have a sinus issue, he performed surgery (a septoplasty and other issues that were causing my passages to be totally blocked) that had been botched by another doctor. I could actually breathe fully through my nose for the first time in many years.
