My second time I got injections. My second time was by Dr. Kanuru and I didnt feel a thing! The first time I got them done by another Doctor I felt it all! He has tons of patience which I love!
I've been seeing him for years now and I get my Epidurals about every eight months with out pain from his injection. In fact he's so good at it a couple times in the beginning at Panicle Hospital I got into a scrap with nurses in the Operating room as they said he was gone and I felt nothing. He's the best Doctor I ever had since my back problems. I often try to refer him to other people.
I would give six stars if they were available. Dr. Kanuru is a kind hearted soul that will take whatever amount of time is needed to help guide you through whatever your personal pain management situation calls for. Really listen and let you be more in control of your care
Absolutely awful patient care. The NP wrote me a prescription which required a prior authorization from the insurance. After 5 calls to the office, a voicemail, 2 faxes from Walgreens and I paged the NP and Dr. twice each, I still have not received one single call back from ANYONE and I still have zero medication. It's been 8 days. I have never received worse care from a medical office ever. I will never go here again.
Dr. Kanuru is the best! Been to him plenty of times. Not only that but he's the only Dr. I ever had that personally called me the next day to see how I was doing! Tell me, how many other doctors do That? Some members of the staff may have. But never the Dr.!!
The people at the Dr.s are very professional, well mannered and conscientious of people needs. They also have a great sense of humor which I find is a good distraction from my daily pain. I've been going for quite some time before and after my surgery and wouldn't want to see anyone else.Great Dr.s and staff.
