Larry was very professional and friendly. He explained the process nicely. We got an inspection from him on our crawl space after living in our house for a few years. He didn't do more than he needed to do and he didn't put pressure on us to do other testing.

Larry did a fantastic job inspecting our home. He was nice, friendly, and professional. He showed us some things to be concerned about, and had a very reasonable price! He asked before removing the breaker box because it had been painted over, and he could have damaged the paint. He explained everything, including the smallest possibilities of repair. He sent us a full review of everything within a timely manner so we could let the sellers know what we would like fixed. All in all, everything was great! Definitely recommend ... read more
