You could be accessible to your patients. Dr Eldika and his staff have ignored my pharmacies refill requests for the past 4 days. Their office closes an hour earlier that their website and Dr. Eldika has told the physicians exchange that he will not talk to his patients after 4:00pm.
This place is awful. Very unfriendly office staff and inexperienced residents who are very rude and condescending. It will cost more than a specialist visit to be seen by a student who cannot help you if you don’t have insurance. This place has gone downhill since we started going there 6 years ago. We are looking for a new practice.

The doctors are great; however the management and triage is absolutely the worst. Making appointments takes weeks trying to get a message to the nurse is absolutely impossible. Wait times on phones are more than an hour. Need an extension for appointments separate for leaving messages for the nurse. Been a patient for three years and when you need to leave a message for a nurse it’s usually important. One person taking messages for such a large group is ridiculous- no wonder so many doctors have left the group.

RecommendedI love all of the doctors at Kansas Physicians group. Dr Lai and her staff are amazing wonderful all of the doctors here are amazing .it is so nice to have a group of doctors who will take time to spend with there patience and answer all of there questions. really great.

Probably some of the most incompetent doctors and nurses I've ever had. I've been a patient there 12 years and it's not gotten any better doctors actually gotten worse than the nursing staff has gotten worse over all this place is just gone downhill.
