RecommendedDr. Bowles and Dr. Lai are two of the best doctors I have ever had. They are thorough and take the time needed to completely discern each patient They are caring and sincere in their effort to help.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE It doesnt take a degree to learn to answer a phone properly and respectfully.
You could be accessible to your patients. Dr Eldika and his staff have ignored my pharmacies refill requests for the past 4 days. Their office closes an hour earlier that their website and Dr. Eldika has told the physicians exchange that he will not talk to his patients after 4:00pm.
The doctors are great; however the management and triage is absolutely the worst. Making appointments takes weeks trying to get a message to the nurse is absolutely impossible. Wait times on phones are more than an hour. Need an extension for appointments separate for leaving messages for the nurse. Been a patient for three years and when you need to leave a message for a nurse it’s usually important. One person taking messages for such a large group is ridiculous- no wonder so many doctors have left the group.
I love all of the doctors at Kansas Physicians group. Dr Lai and her staff are amazing wonderful all of the doctors here are amazing .it is so nice to have a group of doctors who will take time to spend with there patience and answer all of there questions. really great.

good luck getting in to see your doctor. I followed probably the best doctor in Wichita to this office and can never get through to see her!!!, It pains me to say this but i am going to have to leave her because i can never get to her or her stellar nurse because of the phone/desk staff. It has been 3 months now and still can not reach my Dr. in search of another Dr that I can actually be seen by when i'm sick.
Took me 45 minutes to complete all the personal information paperwork. That was a waste of time because so much of it was redundancy! Otherwise Dr Bowles is Awesome!!!!
