I really enjoyed Dr. Zayat. The nursing care I received there was a nightmare. I had two really good nurses Nicole and AJ. The rest just treated me like a bother and one Tami was down right mean. I was even told more than once I wasn't a priority there, or I wasn't their most critical patient when I was a very critically sick patient with severe acute pancreatitis. Caring people! Strict on how many visitors, which in some situations is good!!!! Only person I want to see that bad AFTER surgery is the Good Lord Jesus!

I had a knee replacement (revised a partial knee replacement to a total knee) last week. The staff- nurses, physical therapist, doctors, and other staff at Kansas Medical Center were very knowledgeable, considerate and caring. I felt like everyone did their best to make me comfortable. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The menus provided a lot of variety of excellent food! Thanks for making me as comfortable as possible!

Totally unprofessional, total lack of compassion, and an intern or whatever he was made way too many inappropriate comments and opinions. A few years ago had absolutely horrible experience there with my mother. Please reconsider using this hospital for your loved ones sake.

Large private rooms with lots of daylight are so much nicer. My visitors were always made welcome and comfortable. The nursing staff were so kind and understanding...not just of my medical needs, but also my emotional ups & downs. My call button was always answered so quickly, I never felt alone or anxious. Kudos, too to the housekeeping staff & the kitchen crew, my room always sparkled and the food was as I ordered & quickly delivered. As a general Rule I have been very pleased with The Medical Center over the last 10 Years. I have had 5 way bypass and other procedures done and My wife received her pace maker there But my last experience there was very bad I was vomiting and Dizzy and couldn't even stand up and was told I had to leave couldn't stay there. I have heard of other complaint's from the same week and my wife told me about people complaining in the waiting room while she was waiting on me. Some thing has changed
