I have always had excellent service when I have been to the emergency. Just recently I had quadruple bypass. All staff were very professional and friendly.

I have had four heart cath. Procedures done at Kansas Medical Center, the staff is the greatest every nurse, aid,tech,and all involved with the process of checking in and out have always been the most compassionate people. I have nothing but good to say for everyone I have had contact with while I was a patient there.

I never love having a test for anything but the staff were very pleasant, explained what they doing and made me feel comfortable. The place is always clean and comfortable.

This place rocks! Went in for a heart attack. Left with triple bypass and fond memories of the staff, nurses, dr.s. all top notch. Had many opportunities to be taken care of beyond my expectations. I felt like I was very important. They care.

I have taken my daughter to the ER twice in the last 5 days. She also had a procedure there in that 5 days. The recovery nurse was great! However, I cannot say the same for the ER experience. Every person I came into contact with during both times were beyond rude and inconsiderate. The first trip I listened to a nurse argue with an elderly gentlemen about how to get his wife in from the car. At one point she told him she couldn't carry her in! My daughter checked in for a 1 hour surgery and had complications. She had to endure 7 days of hell. Majority of the staff was argumentative which caused unnecessary pain and more complications. Even when she told them that she had a fever of 103 they ignored her request to check it and call her Dr. Thanking GOD she was transferred to another hospital for better care. I would rate them a negative number if possible.

The nurses treated my friend very poor, she did not get the care she needed and had to be transferred to a different hospital to be taken care of. Very unprofessional and uncompassionate nurses. Very sad
