I adopted a dog from them. A blue nose pitbull he's very sweet and loving and probably the best family dog ever!!! My family and I are having to move and sadly we can not keep him anymore.. I wanted him to find another good home and I figured they could do they for me, find him a new good home.. I took him in and he was evaluated and I was told if I left him there they would euthanize him just on the fact that he is not good with other dogs.. This is bullshit!!! IN 2010 I ADOPTED A MIXED LABORADOR/FEMALE, DOG. SHE HAD BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING (WHICH IS NOT UNUSUALLY FOR NEW SURRONDINGS) AFTER A WEEK SHE STARTED HAVING SEIZURES. I CALLED THEM AND YES THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY BUT ALSO PUT THE DOG TO SLEEP. SO I TOOK MY DOG (LUCKY) TO MY VET HAD ALL THE TEST DONE GOT THE (VERY EXPENSIVE) MEDICATION AND TOOK HER HOME. SHE'S DOING OK EXCEPT THERE'S STILL SOME PROBLEMS I'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH BUT SHE'S A VERY GOOD DOG AND VERY MUCH LOVED
I went with my fiancee to look for a dog that fit our starting family and we found jaden. He is a mix dog who is 3yo and once we broughy him home he warmed up and became a playful little guy. He slepted in the bed with us and showed us all kinds of love. We love him already and are happy we found him. Thank you staff and volunteers for taking such great care of our new furbaby til we found him.
