They may have fast service and are courteous and all the other sweet things people say about them, but, to charge an elderly person $165 for 10 minutes and change one part on a toilet is a little bit too much, wouldn’t you say? Don’t think they will be called ever again.
In regards to a bathroom remodel never heard back from them after coming out regarding an estimate 4 5 phone calls left unreturned over a six-week time frame
I own an apartment building and have done business with them for over 20 years. Excellent service,honest and fairly priced. During this last snow storm( 2/13/17) and freezing temperatures they responded immediately and replaced a heating system for me within one day,saving me further damage.
