They didn't do the job right. Now won't return any messages. Been trying to contact them for 3 weeks. I wished I would have chosen another company to trust, I deeply regret using Kanga Roof.

If you are looking for a company that you have to micro-manage and stay on top of for them to get their job done Kanga is the company for you. In my opinion these guys need their hands held and do not care about the level of service they provide their customers. It took them almost 4 months from the time I made the first payment before they completed my roof. Rep Matt S******* laid everything out during initial consultation. He patiently answered all questions as I tried to understand the industry before making such a large purchase. From then on, every Kanga employee was pleasant, informative and did not hang up or let go of the conversation until I was satisfied. From Mr. S*******, the scheduler, the crew spvsr to the insuranse handler, everyon was respectful, helpful and honest.
We are selling our home in Round Rock and part of the agreement with the sale of the home we are to add some gutters. Brook was in the area and was at our home within 15 minutes to offer a quote. We were able to agree on a fair price quickly and get the work done before our short deadline had occured. Super friendly and professional service provided to us by the entire staff.
