From the minute that ********* sat down in my kitchen and started to explain how different Kangaroof was from the other companies I knew we were in the right hands. Our roof had been totalled from a hail storm and he was very informative and thorough explaining the process. ******** was the project manager and was a breeze to work with. He was on top of every detail and communicated with me in a timely manner if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and our new beautiful roof!

I've had great service with Kanga Roof. They are always prompt and repairs are quality. Their estimator, ***** is top-notch. I trust KangraRoof with my roof and my home. For what it's worth, I've had them out a leak in my roof during the winter storm. It was repaired promptly and service was excellent. I also called them after a really bad hail storm. I was worried I would need a new roof due to severity of the storm. ***** came out did an inspectiion and gave me a thumbs up. Meantime many of my neighbors were getting roofs ... read more

I absolutely love KangaRoofs professionalism, knowledge and speedy response. As promised they kept me updated through their app and *****, who was our consultant came to check on the job even if there was a foreman here the entire time. The workers got my 2,100sqft home done in an entire day with just a lunch break. The company arranged to drop of materials the night before on top of the roof so I could even park my car in the garage that night. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks, KangaRoof!

Seven months after the big hailstorm that blew through here, a roofing company cold-called me and asked if they could inspect my roof as they had somebody in the area. I said sure, and they told me the next day that someone had been by and found enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. I was skeptical as nobody had knocked on my door or even parked outside as far as I could tell. Kanga roof installed my roof 11/2020. A few months ago i noticed some water damage in a little used guest room, it wasnt there in early Feb. because we had guests. I called Kanga, took them 2 wks. to come out. The first appt. never showed up, they never called we had to call and send emails to get 2nd appt. Guy comes out says the ice caused the shingles to move off the flashing and curl up. He sent a warranty order in said someone would be out in 2 wks. or less. Thought this was too long. Beware of this company! Despite what there ads say, quality is not a priority. I hired this company even though they weren't the cheapest because I thought they would do a better job. I felt very foolish when I learned that they just turned around and hired a no name crew of uncaring and unexperienced roofers. They did have a superintendent that worked for the company that showed up occasionally to supposedly insure quality. This is the worst business experience I have had in my 47 years on earth. We signed a contract and paid money January 2021. We have been promised repeatedly we will be taken care of, yet the ball has been dropped multiple times by multiple KangaRoof employees. Today, 6 months since we first paid, we were told they cannot handle our job and we need to find someone else. Two weeks before a wedding, at our home. I live in Sun City. I had my roof replaced by Kanga Roof last fall to repair hail damage from the summer of 2020. With a little snow melt on February 16th of 2021, I woke up to find water flooding my living room. Water was flowing out of my ceiling fan, ceiling light, and through my ceiling dry wall. I contacted Kanga about my emergency. Their response was pathetic. I got nothing but excuses and apologies.
