They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Every question I had was answered completely and thoroughly, and the staff is always available if I think of any more questions. Their staff is friendly and welcoming, and very professional. My procedure was explained in detail and the whole experience was made easier and more comfortable by both the doctor and his staff. I am still amazed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Does this urologist promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much

The staff didn't try to help me as much as I was hoping they would. Most of the time, they just ignored me. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
