I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Does this urologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was it easy to find parking at this urologist's office? Yes, it was convenient Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not only were they friendly, they put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were able to get me in for my appointment very quickly. I spe... read more

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me.

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this urologist use current and safe equipment? Yes, the equipment is very advanced!
