I would give him 5 stars but sometimes the wait time can be very long. He has been my gynecologist for over 10 years. He is kind. He makes me feel comfortable. He explains things. I trust him. I would find a doctor closer to home and with less wait time, but I trust him and do not trust I will find a better doctor. He’s a good person. The wait time, I can deal with.

I had developed a sharp excruciating stabbing pain and was in tears. I called to explain and asked for an appointment. Was put on hold, then the receptionist indicated I had an outstanding balance of $400 and Dr. Kanarek said unless I pay it, I could not be seen. Again, I explained that I was in a lot of pain and could not afford to pay it all today. I was turned away. Te worst office to make an appointment. They never pick up the phone. if eventually some one picks up, they put you on long hold, and then just hang up . They have new receptionist every week. Doctors never follow up with you after taking blood work . Very unprofessional

For almost 15 years I’ve been going to Chani Berger here and I will continue to recommend this office to family and friends. She’s very caring, takes her time to go over questions and always provides helpful tips. They’re a busy office (for a good reason) but I always leave a msg and get a call back. Thank you office team!!
