I have always been a satisfied customer. Staff is always welcoming when I walk thru the front door. Everyone is professional and courteous. I have one complaint: the price of the "Periodic oral evaluation" of $57. Seems a little steep for only a 5-8 minute evaluation!!!
Kamron's dental assistant, Ashley, was far more competent than some of the others that I have encountered in my association with your office since 2009(?).
As always, Dr. Clement Monroe and Stephanie did a great job for my six month check up. They also take time to answer any of my questions!
Probably need to reduce chit-chat and hee-haws in groups behind the main desk; this seems occasionally out of character for the high-level professionalism in this office.
Everyone one I talked with was very nice !

Stephanie & Amber are so kind and patient. The front desk staff also. The one suggestion I would make is that staff be available at our appt times rather than in a presumed staff meeting because patients have to squeeze appts into our busy days. I admit I caused some delay by not having paperwork prepared. I only mention this because I recall waiting for staff mtgs to finish in prior years also.
