I really like Dr. Rizvi and his staff. He knew exactly what was going on with me and made sure the meds that my Internist had me on were correct and the right doses. When we did the procedure at the hospital, he was so kind, explaining everything to me, and of course, what he did.... worked!!!! He was recommended by my Internist because he trusts him to do what I needed. His staff was so helpful, thorough, and really caring.
Dr. Makkena visited my husband in the ICU January 25th upon my husband being admitted to the hospital arriving by ambulance. He explained what could have caused the heart attack and said further testing would be done to pinpoint the exact cause. He saw my husband several times during his stay. he was great and visit very informative. I have a pacemaker and the battery will need to be replaced soon. He put me totally at ease.
I am looking forward to Dr. Makkena taking care of my concerns about my heart. I feel comfortable with him and have placed my trust in him.
Dr Makkena is one of those guys that is just super smart and good at what he does. I have him to thank for saving my life as I met him at the worst possible time in mine. He just happened to be on call the night I had my helicopter ride to Denton for a 100% blockage of the LAD (Left Anterior Descending) Artery that feeds the heart oxygenated blood. Dr. Makkena and the staff at Texas Cardiovascular Specialists are very professional and couteous. They make you feel comfortable and I am confident I am in good care with Dr. Makkena. I highly recommend him.
Friendly, profesional office very clean. Did not have to wait a long time in waiting room. Dr. Malena listened and answered all our questions and concerns. He explained to where we could understand. Very good experience all around. Check out went very well.
I lost my longtime Cardio physician and was concerned about finding a new one. After my first visit to Dr. Makkena my concerns are at ease. He and his-personnel put me at ease from the time I entered till I left. Very professional and cordial putting me at ease and feeling that I would be taken care of. Excellent and I’m not planning on going anywhere for , hopefully, a long time.
