I've been seeing Dr. Rizvi for several years now. My visits have always been uplifting, informational, and encouraging. Dr. Rizvi is very engaging. Recently I had an ablation performed by Dr. Rizvi. I had 100% trust in him as a caring and capable heart surgeon. The procedure went very well and he and his team made me feel comfortable and safe from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Rizvi.

I have a hard time recommending this cardiologist when his office is lacking. I had 3 appointments with the Dr and of the 3 appoint 2 of them his office staff did not have my appointment in the books after I received both email and text confirmation on both appointments and even had a verbal confirmation On the last I it caused me to question how good this Dr is. Very unfortunate because I felt good about the Dr the 2 visits that I saw Dr Just very frustrating with their office

After losing a previous highly respected cardiologist (deceased), I was pleased to become a new patient of his replacement (Dr. Makkena) who welcomed me with his sincere approach to caring about my health from this point forward.
Dr. Makkena was professional, personable, and listened carefully. He responded to questions completely and included us in making decisions
I have been Dr Rizvis patient since 2013. He is very well educated and knowledgeable . Great bedside manner and takes his time to know you and your symptoms. I had a double ablation by Dr Rizvi and it changed my life. I was able to come off several heart meds. His office staff is amazing and they are prompt with returning calls. I highly recommend Dr Rizvi and office staff!
Got in and out safely and quickly. All of my questions were answered and we rescheduled my next appointment.
Dr and staff are well educated, concerned with my health, always taking time to go address my concerns and to answer all my questions.
