Thanks to Dr. Makkena I have found a cholesterol lowering drug that works and does not make me sick.
Dr. Rizvi treated and cured my aFib. I went from being in aFib 50% of the time to no aFib at all in the 9 months after the second ablation. The first Catheterization was using RF on all 6 pulmonary veins/arteries. The second one nine months later was a cryogenic ablation of the 4 veins in the rear chamber of the heart. Dr. Makkena was the Dr on call when my husband recently had a heart attack. He is an awesome Dr., very courteous and explains everything. He answered all our questions thoroughly. We are very lucky that he was on call!!

Always quick, efficient & friendly
Had heart attack 3 years ago and was air evac. To Denton. Dr on call was Dr. Makkena. Recovery continues to improve over time and I am better today than any over this time. I drive 3 hrs each way to seek his care and approval of care for my health. As good as you can find.
