This provider laughed at my mom when she inquired about a growth on her neck. Luckily as a provider myself and my mom being smart we knew better and seeked another opinion. Unfortunately the growth came back cancerous. I hope this provider learns to listen to patients, especially when the patient has a history of cancer and tells you.
