He listened to me. He gave me multiple options and explained each one.
Frankly it was terrible. Got there at 9 45. I met my tequirement for my 10 00 appointment. Saw a substitute for MY doctor at 11 00. Unacceptable wait time only to find MY DOCTOR IS TOO BUSY to see ME.
