Very friendly & they do a good job
We have used Kama'aina Termite and Pest Control over the years and have been very happy with their service and communication. As a property manager, I use pest control services more often than the average consumer and so far have no complaints at all. Very thorough and good communication with scheduling and follow-up from the office staff! Mahalo Kama'aina!!
They did not complete their job. Ruined over $1,000 worth of food in a freezer by leaving the freezer open and does not follow-up with communication. We have been trying to resolve this for over 5 months and no response. We are looking at consumer justice and legal options.

If I could select 0 stars, I would. We had to reschedule twice because they did not notify the neighbors (whose property they needed access too) until THE MORNING OF TENTING when of course, they had already left for work. On the third attempt (only because WE notified the nighbors) was the tenting completed, and they locked us out of the house.
