Depending on who comes to do the evaluating of your home's needs, Kamaaina can be a great choice as I am not sure if almost $3,000 was worth all the inaccuracies, from Sales to all except Kevin, Alika, and Kapeli, and of course the office girls that answers the phone!
Kamaaina Pest Control has been servicing our home quarterly for pest and bugs. We are most pleased with the care and attention that has been provided. The company is courteous, accurate and accommodating to our schedule and respective needs.
We previously had Terminix. The customer service was awful, if not non-existent. Kama'aina was better priced and the customer service is excellent. Napua has been amazing with her response times. The Sentricon techs were on time. Alika explained to us exactly what needed to happen for our Sentricon install. Chris completed our inspection and was on time and very knowledgeable. By far the best pest control experience we've had yet.
