Miss Gerdes spent time talking with me and answering my questions. If any doctor cannot explain my issues but takes the time to sit and discuss my concerns, that's the way all doctors should be. I know there are busy schedules but spending more than 5 minutes with me and then walk out is the most important thing to me. Miss Gerdes did take time to talk, answer questions and took care of all my concerns.
