I was placed at 90% disability. I went for re evaluation for some new claims as well as to increase worsening conditions. The provider that saw me kept pushing my limbs past points of comfort, guess she forgot to mention that in her notes because my shoulder and knee pain immobility have not improved and because of that quacks diagnosis that they have improved according to her even though i said at several points that that is extremely painful I am now being dropped to 80% in 60 days as of yesterday.
