I bought a Tecsun PL680 from this place almost a year ago and have called them twice for technical support regarding some issues with the radio. The first time that I called and got transferred to tech support was about 8 months ago and I spoke with man of a Hispanic accent regarding the issues with my radio and he was very dry and unpleasant to talk to and kept interrupting me while I was explaining the problem. I ordered a wireless headset. They sent me the wrong item. Couldn't and wouldn't send me the right one unless I paid for a new. Very poor customer service and I would never order from Kaito electronics again. Be warned. They have complaints with the Better Business Bureau .yikes

Good electronic store with lots of items. Ordered a good quality Radio from Amazon and I received it from Kaito however, there was a small issue with one of the parts and so I called Kaito and spoke with a gentleman by the name of George about how my item had an issue and that I wanted to have it replaced. He was very polite and helpful and Kaito replaced it without any nonsense and we complted our bussiness. Good / professional customer service. I recommend this store!
