I was turned away because I answered YES to the question : Have I been in contact with a person that tested positive for Covid 19. I’m a firefighter and I also transport patients in the ambulance that have tested positive for Covid. I answered the questioner approximately 1 week prior to my appointment. I took off work to go to my appointment. I sat in my car waiting for my appointment which was scheduled for 4:30 . Always a very friendly staff, very relaxed atmosphere, so relaxing (for me) that I could almost fall a sleep during my routine cleanings.
The team at Dr. Rosen and Dr. Kurman's dental practice is amazing! My review is not based on a patient experience but as an educator and trainer coming in and helping with systems, protocols and software implementation. This team of dental professionals is committed to bringing the best care possible to their patients. It shows in everything they do. Thank you for the opportunity to spend time with you and it was a pleasure working with you all.
Dr. Kurman is the greatest. He’s always available to answer my questions or concerns. The staff are very friendly and caring. I refer everyone I know to this practice. Dr. Kurman is so caring to all his patients and treats everyone like family.
I've been very pleased with this office EXCEPT for emergencies. A few years ago, I had a tooth emergency and called and left a message and never received a call back. Today I had another tooth emergency with an abscessed wisdom tooth which was starting an infection and I left two messages on the emergency line for Dr. Kurman and never heard back. Honestly, I have a lot of not great history with dentists offices. This is the first one where I actually feel welcome, informed, and made to feel comfortable. I like that they're just real. You dont feel like they're overbearing fake friendly, nor dismissive. Its nice to be treated like a human by a company in the service industry.
