Kaiser's staff could take the time and actually listen to the patient. A simple 15-minute phone call with an oncologist would ascertain if the patient felt comfortable in using that doctor. Yet, the scheduling coordinator unilaterally chose to deny that request. It's ridiculous and negligent to make patients wait weeks for an hour consultation when the patient specifically asks for a shorter appointment. #anotherKaiserFail

Great care for my husband with heart and cancer and much appreciated.
Awful wait times. I am in pain and still waiting for doctor after 3 hrs wait. They let people in after me which they were not in a critical situation at all (you can tell from face),. Stay away from this hospital. Definitely the worst one I’ve ever been
