Kaiser Doctors wont return a phone call to the funeral home who has my mother. Its disgusting and heartbreaking to think my mother has been dead since Oct 16th and nothing has been done because your Doctor wont return their calls. 2 weeks of waiting to properly mourn my mother. 2 weeks of family rushing in from all over the United States to sit and do nothing because nothing can be done with the remains until a Doctor at YOUR facility has signed off on her death certificate. 2 weeks of getting nowhere and family having to go... read more
The parking here is the worst I've ever dealt with!!!
This place sucks the room they put my sister in is dirty! Garbage can is full/overloaded. Cap of needles on the floor, can't close the door for peace to relax! And the person who did registration was rude; knowing your dealing with a sick person and they can't move you still hand them the thing to sign but won't bend your back to hand her the signature box. Absolutely amazed by how unprofessional, dirty and rude this place is!
Yup, Kaiser sucks. They don't care about their patients whatsoever...just their money
Everything was great with my visit and I was super happy to get get back on my life saving preventative prescription until I went to the pharmacy. I had bought Truvada before through Kaiser and it was $35 a bottle, now they want $2,700 for three bottles and I just was confused,furious, and embarrassed that I even bothered. Fuck you Kaiser!
