I was referred to Dr Cooper, and had foot surgery recently. The facility is new and the check in staff are very friendly and helpful. The lab and xray dept are right next to Dr Coopers office, so very convenient. Dr Cooper and his assistants are all top notch. Dr Cooper takes his time with me and answers all of my questions and I never have to wait long in the waiting room to see him. I usually have white coat phobia, but I feel very comfortable and confident that I will receive excellent care.

Amazing facility...check-in is easy...very friendly...and always in and out quickly! Pharmacy A+++ almost no wait ever. Kaiser is impressing me...keep it up!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE...WAITED TWO HOURS BEYOND OUR APPOINTMENT TIME...STAFF IS LAZY AND DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS...WORST SERVICE EVER...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I'm not impressed with this new medical office! I waited in the room for at least 45 minutes before I saw my opthomalogist, now I'm sitting waiting for a nurse to check us out so I can go home and I haven't seen one in 30 mins! I'm about ready to walk out!
