Love Kaiser and this Kensington facility.
Very disorganized. Can easily be waiting 2 hours even with an appointment. Rude and incompetent staff.
Vampire time
Get here early, walk around and enjoy the up and coming neighborhood. It’s come a long way since it was a collection of rundown warehouses and a driving range.
Fast, service with getting meds
Staff ate always on point. Mobile paging system needs tweaking. Was in 1 area being paged by another area; annoying. Waiting room chairs are uncomfortable; poor choices.
Brand new facility, excellent staff.
For some strange reason I'm not feeling this one, I don't like it here and won't be returning
