My wife needs to see a specialist as she has a chronic illness for years and the amount of hoops you have to jump through just to get a referral is ridiculous. If primary care physicians have no idea what to do with her condition, why are we having to fight the system to get help from someone who does? Communication is terrible here as well - they will claim that a doctor has called you when they haven’t.
I am 30 years old with arthritic rheumatism and it is the first time that a Dr. explains to me about my illness and the medicine. He listens to me with compassion and helps me reduce my pain as soon as I send him a message. He is a great rheumatologist. It's good that I needed to change Dr. and I found Dr. Kuo!
