Very personable and competent!
Poor service
I recently had a severe allergy attack. I was left with concerns regarding precautions for the future, and questions about the causes. My Kaiser doctor was sympathetic to my concerns, spoke with me at length, and helpful in my moving on.
The office was peaceful and Dr.Shin was funny, kind, and personable.
What Kaiser is doing is to isolate patients from their employees. We, patients, walk into a clinic knowing nothing whether they know we are there or not. We don't feel that we were welcome there.
