was in ER ....they are really nice to you
I would never recommend anyone to come here let alone black women. Not only was I a victim of racial bias but I was left alone to have my baby on the bench you are so proud to post in the front of the hospital like an animal, And I will make it my mission to tell my story and making sure no other black woman goes through the same nightmare that is suppose to be the happiest day of their life.
Parking is truly a nightmare
Quite possibly the best care I have ever received..the best staff ever and I highly recommend this hospital for any medical care because they pay their employees fairly well and they return the same amount of time to get you better! 5 * if that was feasible
I asked a Pharmacy Tech twice if I can pick up refills she said yes her name is Aurora. I rushed over after work to get it down and I was told she made a mistake and it wasn't ready after a very busy day and driving all the way to Downey from Orange County I encountered this. I asked if I can speak to a Supervisor and I was told they didn't have one and to try Member Services. Why wasn't I giving the correct information so I wouldn't of wasted my time driving out there.
