10 thumbs down, I had an appointment with a therapist who was a “No show No call” , I was so upset that I did not get a courtesy call from the Montclair Behavioral Health for I was in a delicate state! Second appointment scheduled with a therapist named Kaitlyn over the phone! She was very condescending kept saying um hum , mmm hmm over and over in every other word I word say, Then started bullying me to go to an outside provider! Dr.Hodde was 1 hour late to our appointment. She also bullied me into taking medications that I told her I had bad history with. I told her one one the medications causes me to be a danger to my self as well as other . She started screaming at me because I didn’t want it. I started crying and I said okay I’ll take it. Now I’m on my way to a hospital.
